Your certified pregnancy yoga teacher will guide you safely through dynamic and relaxing pregnancy exercises and give you options to vary the poses according to your energy level and specific pregnancy conditions. It is also a wonderful way to meet other mums in an open and supportive environment.

The classes over the six weeks provided me with a really good toolkit to embrace and maintain mobility strength and movement throughout my pregnancy. Having the opportunity to practice alongside other expecting mothers gave me confidence in my body’s ability to remain strong and agile through even the later stages of my pregnancy, and the mindfulness throughout helped with creating that special connection to baby.
I found the social aspect of the classes equally beneficial, having coffee with the other mums afterwards, being able to talk through pregnancy things with other people in the same situation and making those connections for motherhood.
