Intervention free waterbirth

Thank you so much for all your knowledge and guidance through your active birth classes. Once again, I was able to use the skills that you taught me and take on the positive mindset which enabled me to have a calm, natural and intervention-free birth.

I had weak contractions on and off from 11am on Friday morning. Things got going quickly from 7pm, we called the hospital and made our way in around 8pm. By the time we got to the hospital room it was about 8:25pm and Charlie was born at 8:50pm!

He was certainly in a hurry. I was so lucky to be able to experience a water birth this time.
